About StudyPerth

In collaboration with governments, educational institutions and other stakeholders, StudyPerth provides a leadership role in building the profile of international education in WA and overseas. StudyPerth is also the first point of contact for anyone wishing to obtain information on studying and living in Perth. StudyPerth’s objectives are to:

  1. coordinate the marketing of the Western Australian brand of international education
  2. promote collaboration and cooperation between international education providers in Western Australia
  3. enhance the experience of international students within Western Australia through a range of initiatives.

StudyPerth’s Education Members include the state’s universities and vocational education providers, schools, and English language colleges. StudyPerth has recently welcomed, as Associate Members, a number of other organisations with an interest in international education.

A vigorous international education sector creates and protects jobs and economic diversity and will help position Western Australia for a strong recovery, as borders reopen.

Why StudyPerth has joined the Committee for Perth

StudyPerth aims to promote collaboration and cooperation between education providers but also between all sectors of the WA community and economy that support and benefit from international students. We also see an opportunity, with the Committee, to communicate to an influential audience the benefits and opportunities presented by international education and the critical role of international education in a diversified WA economy. StudyPerth is a data-driven organisation and we believe the Committee will provide our Board and our members with access to valuable contemporary data and insights. Overall, we have joined the Committee for Perth because we want to lend our support to the concerted efforts of the Committee to ensure that Perth achieves its full potential as a global city.

Acknowledgement of Country

The Committee For Perth acknowledges the traditional custodians throughout Western Australia and their continuing connection to the land, waters and community. We pay our respects to all members of the Aboriginal communities and their cultures; and to Elders both past and present.
