Paul Graham

Paul has over 30 years’ experience as a Company Director, CEO and senior executive across banking and financial services & Government Trading Enterprises across Australia and Asia Pacific. Regarded as a natural people leader and business executive with a strategic mindset, Paul has led large businesses across multiple countries.

Having worked in Asia for 10 years Paul has a unique insight on what it takes to effectively engage and successfully partner with the region. In his current role as CEO Gold Corporation – The Perth Mint, Paul works closely with State and Federal Government to lead an organisation of over 800 people to support the Western Australian Gold industry and bring the best of Perth to the world. Over $40bn of precious metals are exported to global markets and over 300,000 local and foreign visitors call into the Mint each year to experience the magic of Gold.

Paul is a strong advocate for Perth and through his Director role at Committee for Perth looks to promote and enable change that improves the cultural diversity, economic prosperity, sustainability and world-class amenity of Perth.

Paul was first elected to the Board in 2019 for a three-year term. He was re-elected to the Board in 2022 and again in 2025 with the current term due to expire in 2028.
